RETURN POLICY

We generally accept returns of products purchased from our store within 7 days from the date of product arrival, limited to unopened and unused items (excluding items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges).

Please quickly look over the product's condition when it arrives after delivery.

Regarding the Deadline

For items returned within 7 days of product arrival

(Please note that once the deadline has passed, we generally cannot accept returns for any reason, so please be aware of this policy.)

Condition

Only items that are unopened and unused.

The following cases may not be accepted for return:

  • If damage, stains, defects, or other damages occur due to customer responsibility after the product arrives.
  • If there is damage to the exterior and packaging.
  • If the product tag has been removed (limited to cases where a product tag exists).
  • If contents are missing (including internal molded materials like inner paper).

Shipping Fee

If defects, damage, or other issues with the product are caused by our company, we will cover the return shipping fee. The customer will bear the shipping fee for returns or exchanges caused by customer reasons.
